Introduction from Pat Geroni

Welcome to PG Baseball where America's pastime is taught to the entire student. I am Pat Geroni and this company is something that I have built over the past decade. I began conducting lessons after my baseball career ended at the age of 23 and over the past 9 years PG Baseball has grown into so much more than what it once was. After working with thousands of players in all different spectrums I now realize that the idea that baseball mechanics are "overly complex" is a complete fallacy. I am 100% confident that I can turn any players mechanics into a sound, methodical process in a very short period of time with concepts, wording and ideals that I have developed since I began doing this in 2003. In addition, every one of our students is required to enjoy the training, understand and answer questions along the way and grow as a person in the time they are with us.  Every person has a different learning pattern and skill set, but at PG Baseball we are able to get the most out of each player not only physically, but also mentally.

Due to high demand combined with becoming a head varsity coach in Monroe, I have recently decided to train a few other instructors under me as I could no longer allot enough time for the requests I had. In my time as an instructor, I have taken pride in keeping every customer overly happy with our product and that is not something I am willing to change. The instructors that I have trained have went through numerous hands on hours with me, a great amount of conceptual learning and I can truly say they are better suited to teach players the game than anyone else around. All instructors at PG Baseball including myself, are current teachers so you can rest assure that we really comprehend how important each step of learning is. At PG Baseball, we are a huge advocate of verbal cues and we make sure that all our instructors use the same language throughout to ensure the students have an understanding of each concept. My goal is to create excellent players with a true understanding of the game, who respect the details that go into becoming an outstanding athlete, teammate and overall person.
